Dream Trip Builder asks only for the information needed to understand your vacation ideas and respond to your inquiry.

What the planner asks for

The Dream Trip Builder planner may collect your vacation preferences, travel timing, party size, departure-airport preference, whole-trip budget range, planning readiness, name and email address. A phone number and short note are optional.

Please do not submit payment-card details, passport numbers, Social Security numbers, medical information or other sensitive personal information through the planner.

How we use your information

We use the information you provide to review your trip request, help narrow vacation options and allow a Dream Planner to contact you about that inquiry. Submitting the planner does not subscribe you to marketing messages.

How your inquiry is handled

Dream Trip Builder records your inquiry on secure server-side systems. A submission is treated as confirmed only after the server confirms that the inquiry was durably saved. Internal workflow items may be created so the inquiry can be reviewed and followed up.

Analytics and attribution

Dream Trip Builder may record limited campaign and referral information associated with your inquiry, such as campaign identifiers, landing page, referral domain and standard UTM values. These fields are bounded and are not intended to contain personal contact information.

Retention

Dream Trip Builder currently does not use a preset automatic deletion period for inquiry records. Information may be retained as reasonably needed to respond to inquiries, maintain business records, prevent abuse and support operations.

Your choices

The inquiry acknowledgment allows a response about your travel request; it is not a marketing subscription. The planner does not intentionally place your contact information in page URLs or store your contact details in browser local storage.
